I am Rose Marie Armour and I am an activist - for wellness and well-being, for beauty inside and out, for being the best version of one’s self and for financial freedom.
I like to be in the background rather than in front of the spotlight but a few years ago I decided to undergo a metamorphosis. I left my comfort zone and decided on a path of discipleship and changing lives. I even agreed to write a column on health and wellness. Can you guess how many times I edit my work?
A few years ago, I battled with some issues. Someday, I will tell you my story. Suffice it to say that now, I feel like a new person. I got back my energy, my enthusiasm, and my big SMILE.
We all have our battles and sometimes we panic. Panic is contagious. Panic is easy. Panic reinforces counterproductive impulses. In times like these, the ultimate test is not where we stand in moments of comfort but where we stand in times of the 4Cs. I would rather have Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat, alas, it is Challenge, Chaos, Conflict and Controversy.
Therefore, take as many deep breaths as you need because EGBOK. Everything’s Gonna Be OK. It’s not going to be okay just because someone says it’s going to be okay but because of one’s ability to adapt.
As a Trekkie and a fan of Dune, I can indeed say Aloe is Life and with it I can "Live Long and Prosper".
